One of my favorite memories from when I lived in Albuquerque was "Spike's Ride".  It was a great fund-raiser bike ride that started and finished at the park by the museum.  I still have a ride T-Shirt with a pic of a guy in full mountain bike gear and a pair of handle-bars sitting atop Spike's head.  As visible in that pic, I don't get to ride nearly enough anymore but that shirt has traveled with me for every move I've made since then.

I'm sure this is after the contest but I took this shot on the 23rd (07/23/11) when our grand kids had just arrived for their summer visit. Almost had forgotten the art was in the shot!

That piece is called "Abstract Crown Dancer I" by artist Allan Houser.
