Well folks, plans to create an unconventional choir are gaining traction. A pianist is on board. Information sessions are planned for mid-August. And song lists are growing, including Tori Amos, Ray LaMontagne, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, the Beatles, Allison Kraus and Gillian Welch. Now we need some committed singers. Everyone is welcome. Join this group to receive e-mails with specifics on the information sessions and upcoming practices.

We are in the beginning phases, but so far we plan to meet Sunday evenings. At for now, we are meeting in a small home. All are welcome to join!

Hi, I've been looking for a choir to sing with...what evenings, days do/will you meet I really hope I'll be able to come. I love to sing and my musical taste is wicked eclectic, I have a reasonably good but untrained voice I am a misfit who will fit, with luck

Thanks for keeping me on the list, though I've been too busy to attend yet. Alas, I'll be out of town this weekend, so won't make that practice either. But I love the idea, and will show up one of these days!

Mombat - It's ok that you can't make the first practice! A few other folks also can't make it. This is just to get the ball rolling. Just hop on as soon as you able. I think we've found a new pianst who can meet on Sunday evenings. So I'm thinking that will be the best meeting time. I'll keep you posted.
