I would like to announce the 26th annual Women's Distance Festival, the premier running event in the state exclusively for women.  The race takes place on Sunday, July 15th at 7:00 AM on the SIPI campus.  More information is available at

I did the Bataan Memorial Death March this year. I thought I'd run the downhills, but my feet were too sore. Next year I'll wear footwear that fits!
