We had a LLUA Junior Auxilliary bowl-o-rama the other day with our younguns. four of us bowling in Rio Rancho, two games each. $41!! Ouch.

Right on Sir Douglas!! Congrats. But no, I think weekend bowling is probably out of the question unless it is during the day. Fri and Sat are generally league nights. Glad to hear you aren't pregnant. That can put a real damper on your mid-life crisis, my man.

Hooray for you Doogie!!! We went on Sat night not long ago & bowling is a lot more expensive on the weekends. We have to stick to $2tuesday.

From time to time we go a little OT here, but usually it is in relation to a Jeff Bridges movie. Last night on Family Guy they did a riff on making low-budget movies. Get cheap actors and film in a city where no one wants to go.The plan was to get Jeff Bridges and Laura Linney for a film called "Danger in Cincinatti"

. The Bridges character and the Linney character are discussing a crime. They agree they need to get straight back to headquarters. She says something about driving. He pauses (realizing the budget has not allowed for a car) and says "It's a nice day. Let's just walk."

That's right. Thanks for the reminder. I guess -- push comes to shove -- I can use my own toe.

Part of the Red River trip involves searching for a cave/abandoned gold mine were Vance briefly lived (no shit) in the late 70s. Probably will be no time for bowling. But there will be time for dinner at Texas Reds (not the original, sadly.)

After we're back, bowling sounds good. Shall we do Lucky 66 again? Let's not forget the outrageously prestigious trophy! (See LLUA Bowl-o-rama #3 above for a photo) Crap! I just remembered I need to add an enhancement to the trophy before then. Anyone know where I can get a toe by 3pm?

@ Rob...just don't go over the line man, or you better mark it a zero! Just saying, this is bowling, there are rules.

This dog is payin' attention here. Can't promise, but I can hope to participate in a couple of weeks (as in: perform horribly, bear the muffled snickers, and later have the missus drive my dr0nk self home). I'll leave my piece home if y'all do the same. No crazy shit.
