It looks as though we have proved our slacker status by not having posted anything here in two or three years.

That said, I'm thinking of putting together another Little Lebowski Urban Achievers Bowl-O-Rama so that I might pass along the sacred trophy. I wanted to let the LLUAs know first (followed by an email to Cath Ray and the Ringers.) I'm going to throw an invite out on FB as well.

Right now, I'm thinking of something in the early weeks of December. More info as it becomes available, man.

FYI. Five Guys Hamburgers on Paseo is about as close to In-n-Out burger as you'll find here. Reallllllly good burgers and kickass fries.

There was a teenager there who was bowling on two lanes back to back. Practicing, I guess. He'd throw the ball and it would veer toward the right gutter, and about 6 feet from the pins, just before it should have dropped into the gutter, it would suddenly cut back to the left and hit the whole mess dead on. He did this time after time after time. Mostly strikes, and never more than one pin standing if not. I think I only saw him miss one spare. It was pretty crazy.

You have to get there before 6 to get the $2 dollars but someone in the crowd can pay for you if you don't make it by then. That's what ringers are for!!

Way to go DC!!! Erin (ace ringer) got a 171 the other night with 4 in a row then a spare. I guess this means that a few of our crew can actually bowl. yipeeeeeee, mark it eight dude.

Of course, I've gotten much higher scores on Wii Resort 100 pin bowling.

The Mrs. and I recently created our "Drunken Mii" characters to use when we have partaken a little and don't want to mess with our averages.

So, I'm not sure if this was my record high score (pretty close though) 163 pts. But note the FOUR Strikes in a row!! Can you fnikcug beleive that?! I was stunned. El Nino Numero Uno scored over 100 (with the rails up).
