Barred Rock Rooster up for grabs
Hello!
I am keeping chickens in the university area, and one of my chicks turned into a rooster! My neighbor is complaining, and I must get rid of him. He's a 4 month old, large, and very beautiful Barred Rock mix; absolutely gorgeous stripey black and white feathers and some hints of brilliant orange feathers in the mix.
I am willing to part with him, and give him any good home for free. Any ideas?

Ugh! I just dropped into the forum after a break and found your post - do you still have him? We would be interested in taking him off your hands. I would like to start my own barred rock flock and I have two nice ladies waiting for him..Let me know, I can come pick him up tomorrow!
