Permalink Reply by Crista on January 2, 2013 at 11:50am What type of Rooster's do you have? Could you post a photo? I have 5 old hens, (3 white leghorns and 2 Rhode Island Reds). The Whites are still just barely laying (1-2 day) and I am considering letting them procreate.... it would be a new adventure for me, and I don't know exactly how to carry it off, but Im considering it. Do I need to match breed-to-breed? Will the rooster kill the babies? So many questions...
