Does anyone know where to buy 00 flour in Albuquerque? Both the co-op and Tully's market sell semolina flour, which is nice, but I seek pizza perfection in my home kitchen. And for this I need the good stuff - 00.

Boy, that is a tall order. I think I would go to Tully's and ask them if they can get it, they also own Saratori's bakery next door, and they may have a good supplier...good luck!
You might try mail order.

All good ideas - thanks folks!
House of bread has their own flowermill, they might be able to mill it for you, (im ignorant of what 00 flour is, except by context so perhaps not) don't worry about explaining it, i can google.
Any luck on this VA? I'm hoping to get some 00 for ravioli.
Nah, I never found any, but I didn't ask at House of Bread.  That seems like it could be a good idea still.  Also, since I posted this a few wood-fired pizza on wheels places have come to be - like Fierenze, which is at the downtown and Nob Hill farmers markets most weeks.  You might ask them what they use - I bet they've got some good flour.

Tully's has it.

Amazon has it.
