Albuquerque Gallery Map

View Albuquerque Gallery Map in a larger map

This map shows all of the Albuquerque galleries that I could think of but it's nowhere near complete. I've left it open for editing by anyone so if you see an error or omission, go ahead and fix it! Here's how:
*Click on the ‘Albuquerque Gallery Map’ link beneath the map.
*Pick ‘search the map’ to enter an address or ‘find a business’ to enter a business name.
*When you see the correct address or business click ‘save to my map’ then ‘save’ at the prompts.

Thank you brooks. My wife is not the editor she used to be and I get so lazy sometimes. Very much appreciate the comments

Dennis, beatiful texture, lines, light. The only thing that is a little distracting is the spot on the paper in the lower left. Nice image thanks for sharing.

By way of introduction...

We're a new business, in the south end of Factory on 5th here in Albuquerque. We're offering wide-format, fine art gicleé printing for artists, photographers, and everyone else at affordable rates. Additional services include graphic and web design, specialty printing on Lexjet fabrics, and promotional design packages.

We're community oriented, with a background of providing arts-oriented education to Albuquerque youth. Currently, we're working with Warehouse 508, and engaged in a mural project on the alley side of 516 Arts that's slated to go up at the end of February.

We're happy to be a part of Albuquerque's thriving arts community, and hope you'll welcome us and think of us for your printing and design needs.

! Now Accepting Submissions for the Spring Juried Invitational !

The Art of Sensuality

This group exhibition showcases local artists working in all mediums who explore the human senses, and eroticism, from the romantic to the nitty gritty. As a juried invitational, artists are invited to submit one or two pieces consistent in style and expressing their concept of the notion of "sensuality." Photography, painting, printmaking, drawing, ceramics, sculpture and installation art will be considered. The exhibition will be curated but uncensored in an attempt to explore the myriad facets of that most intimate human quality and it's expression.

Artists: Please submit your work in digital format to the gallery email below,
with a brief statement about your work and labels with medium, size and date for each piece.

Submission deadline: February 5, 2010

arc.gallery@juno.com

Artists accepted for the exhibition will pay a $40 gallery fee but will receive 100% of the sale of any work. Transportation of the accepted artwork to and from the gallery is the responsibility of the artist and must be ready to hang.

The Opening Reception for this juried invitational is scheduled for:
Saturday, February 27, 6-9pm

Hi, new here and relatively new in town. Wondering if there are any local lit zines?

As you know we work on donations to keep the gallery alive otherwise we pay out of pocket to keep you entertained and cultured but I busted my ribs and out of work for a couple of months. Just waiting for workers comp to kick in but we still have bills to pay. We are having a lil fundraiser show to help with those fore mentioned bills. Help us help you help us, come to the show and drop a dollar, drop a quarter, drop a name, drop yer panties, drop it like its hot, lemon drop....uh we got some bands playing to help us with this reception. We got some great artists up on the walls starring Julia-the craziest hand altered dolls that will hand alter your friggin brain, Gina Etoll-the sexiest but slightly creepy art that haunts me at night, Eric Swanson-sexy pin ups by an amazing storyboard artist, Paul Jameson-new and upcoming artist so keep your eye on this man, Allie Strobel-our greatest helper who happens to be a well rounded artficinado that puts us to shame: fine art, graphic artist, blonde riddle and more, with new works from Blake Kraus-fresh from California, Xavier Quintero-featured in the local IQ, and Josh the Jones-tall, dark and probable jailbird. Collect this art before its gone! Yes, Collect them all! The art not the artists....well maybe. I could be your supplier.
So far we are featuring the bands Kite Flying Robot(Oklahoma), Shoulder Voices and Peninsula, we may feature more- I've been dying to sing my Business Time song. The reception starts at 7pm so come on by and look at the art, listen to the music, and just support all the talent we have to offer for your senses. Do it. We got free hugs.
