National Distributing Compnany has been trying to get these beers here for awhile, that's who distributes them in CO and AZ, they had said May would be when they would have them, and I keep bugging them about it. I'm the wine director at Hotel Andaluz and also work closely with our beer and spirits guy Jerry so as soon as Dogfishhead is available we will put it on tap! Those guys are making great beers.

Updates? I looked on the "Fish Finder" on the company's website. It says that Kelly's has DogFish Head now. Anyone know for sure?

I don't think it's the Maloofs.  I was told by the distributor that it's a State Licensing issue.  They haven't been able to ship their beer into NM because now they also produce a liquor (rum) and the state requires a a different, more expensive license to distribute beer in the state.  Anyway, that's what I was told by the distributor.  Kelly's doesn't have it yet....fingers crosssed.
