Can you bike to Journal Pavilion?

The idea of the 2.5 to 3 hour car trip to Journal Pavilion seems pretty nightmarish to me. Can you bike there?

It's been over a year since I've biked out that way, so it's good to hear about the stuff that needs fixing. You make my heart glad when you decided to do it all over again.
