Comment by Sarahjmd on September 14, 2008 at 12:46pm: I can't really say I am the homebrewer, my husband is, but he doesn't do computers so here I am. I do like to watch, comment, help pick the extracts, and of course help to consume the brews. We did this together years ago and I was the bottle capper. After a long time off of brewing, we have now invested in two carboys and a small used fridge so my capping days are over. We tapped our first carboy yesterday - a Porter to which we added some chocolate malt. Very yummy. We have a Nut Brown - my personal fav - in the tank and will tap next week, I hope.

I am happy to have found this group.
