Best Chile Cheese Fries in town?

This is such a fat kid post, but I can't resist when it comes to three of my favorite things: French Fries, (preferably green) Chile and Cheese. Where has the absolute best?? Please let me know!

I will second that, both 2fools, and The cube, are good options, Grandma's K & I Diner while ive never had their chille cheese fries, i have had part of a "Wimp Travis" which is kinda like that only upside down ontop of a burrito.

Horse and Angel. Hands down.

Although I haven't tried the Cube's. I find Gecko's' chile cheese fries to be tasty, but just a little on the too rich side.

the best chile cheese fries in town--well, my favs at least--are at el modelo. but I always get red. I assume their green is just as good.

and now I'm craving el modelo. geez, thanks krista. ;)

also, in a similar vein and because people keep mentioning them, the chorizo blue cheese queso at gecko's is awesome.

Seriously? hettie, I might be heading downtown this weekend to test this out--El Modelo's red is incredible + cheese + fries?! Please tell me they are shoe string fries to boot! I'm imagining El Modelo to be very similar to my favorite place back home and I'm drooling a bit...

they aren't shoe string fries. and they put a lot of cheese on them. they're completely gluttonous and delicious. now I'm drooling too. and I doubt chile cheese frieds are part of a nutritious breakfast...
