The food truck Firenze Mobile Pizza is opening a brick and mortar restaurant downtown in the space next to Java Joe's! I tried their pizza at Globalquerque this past year and the quality and taste was great. I'm looking forward to them moving into the neighborhood. I hope they will be open for dinner too!

Say, that's good news. Any idea when?

I'm not sure. I was told by a person working at the gallery, El Chante Casa de Cultura a couple of doors down and then it was confirmed when I saw someone painting a mural that says "Firenze" on the side of the building a few weeks later. All the windows were covered so I couldn't see any progress. We will just have to wait and see!

Any new updates on this?  We're looking forward to it opening!

I passed by yesterday while headed to Java Joes and it looks like it's open (or at least close to being open)but, I couldn't tell for sure
I guess they're open now but sadly, only for lunch.
