Anyone? :-) Do I need to take one for the team, here?
Um... yeah. I wonder if it's good too, but I haven't heard anything so I'm a bit gun-shy. I suppose I should head over and give it a go.
Yes! Was there for lunch a few days after Christmas with hubby and two friends. In my opinion, typical hotel restaurant food - sorry. One friend and I had the cobb salad, which was nicely composed and fresh. Hubby had a turkey caprese sandwich on ciabatta - tasty, but nothing extraordinary or even really creative. Other friend had a bowl of green chile stew, which looked and smelled good. Service was excellent and the dining area is in a nice, open space with a lot of natural light. I think "mexi-cali" might sound intriguing to someone from out-of-town staying at the Doubletree. I wouldn't go back simply because it wasn't anything to write home about. Might be a nice place to meet for a business lunch, though.
