Hi folks,

I just finished part one of my writeup on adding solar electric to my home. Thought ya'll might be interested.

Typical solar electric is not financially viable up here, unless I can get the panels for 1/5 the cost, and then there's the rain... and the snow... Solar heating is more along the lines of where I'll be focusing, but with the prices plummeting (along with the economy), it may actually become affordable. Now we just have to find a washer/dryer alternative...
