Betty was born in a crane truck in my office warehouse. I took her and her four feral littermates home and bottle fed them until I could trap the mother. I then shut her in my spare room, kept her fed and watered and socialized the kittens. I eventually had the mother spayed and let her go again... She was truly feral but at least would not re-produce. All of the kittens were adopted to people who spayed and neutered them. I am now on the board for the animal rescue group who helped me capture her mother. So there you go.

Oh how wonderful, a cat club, I adore cats.
I have Sid & Nancy, both white, Sid has blue eyes, Nancy has one blue and one yellow eye, and no they are not deaf
Minnaloushe , big big big black lover boy, and a great napper
Buster & Sterling, grey and white brothers, one long hair one short. Sterling perfect gentleman, gets along with everything and everyone, independent. Buster, one word describes him, neurotic.
Those of you that have cats that are outdoor/indoor cats, have you heard the song by Garrison Keeler? I think its called the In and Out song, it's about cats and its hilarious. I will look on YouTube and see if its there
I am so glad this group was started, I'm a nerd about cats.

My cat Sam is a long haired big orange-tabby butter ball with the softest white furred tummy. He likes to lay on his back and curl his paws and roll back and forth to get your attention. When you rub his tummy, he stretches really long and when you kiss his tummy he purrs in contentment. Man, I love that cat like crazy.

I am on the board for New Mexico Animal Friends and would love to have their link listed here. We are a no-kill foster based organization and have been rescuing cats for over 30 years.

Hi Everyone! Just want to put out a vet recommendation for anyone who is looking for a cat-exclusive veterinarian. I recommend Dr. Emily Walker at the Albuquerque Cat Clinic. She is WONDERFUL! My cat Riley has been sick off and on for the last few years and none of the vets that I took him to could tell me what was wrong with him. I moved to ABQ in January and took him to the ABQ Cat Clinic and Dr. Walker was able to diagnose him almost immediately. He is now on medication and is doing great! Dr. Walker is top notch!
