It's always the first Tuesday and the third Tuesday of each month.

Comment by Michael Ver Hagen on April 2, 2010 at 12:42pm: I'm working on iPhone stuff at the moment, and normally I'm doing a lot of Win32 native database apps, but I need to start a small (though "real") app from scratch using Rails so it would seem that starting with 3-beta would be a good idea.
