I thought it was odd that there were no groups in Duke City Fix for small businesses in general, so I started one. I felt this would be a great venue for showing off what we do and keeping small businesses alive and well in the Burque!

Glad to have found this site. I can't say I'm a "new" business, but my magic & juggling shop has been in Nob Hill for almost five years and my entertainment production company has been around for three. We have a lot of fun putting unique shows and bring lots of smiles to people and events. Unique entertainment includes fire performance, theme characters, game coordinators and more. The retail shop is of course, magic and juggling items which we provide free lessons and teach all the tricks we sell!

My wife and children recently moved to Rio Rancho, and I am still living and working in Baltimore, MD. I hope I can join them by summer time. I work for a sustainable building/living architecture firm in MD (we do; green roofs, planted modular retaining walls, interior planted biofilter walls, straw bale construction, warehouse rehabs into environmental living spaces, and a little solar geothermal work). I am working with the owner of the company on how I can bring some of the things we do to the market in New Mexico. I am glad to be apart of this group and receive any advice and suggestions about bring a business to ABQ, and to read and learn about what other people are doing in the Duke city. Thanks
