Howard was a former school administrator in Pennsylvania, and served in the capacity of a Supervisor of Special Education Programs.

He was also an administrator of six group homes for United Cerebral Palsy in Florida.

In 2005 he retired early from his position as a college professor at Miami Dade College and moved to New Mexico in order to conduct research in the Dulce area with Gabe Valdez.

He also wanted to determine for himself the true nature of the UFO phenomenon, and the extent of Dulce's part in the world of aliens and UFOs.

He lived on the Jicarilla Apache reservation before purchasing a home in Lumberton which is three miles from Dulce. This is the first time he is publicly sharing his experiences of living in that area.

He will talk about the mysteries of Dulce, New Mexico.

He was featured in this recent video:

So what is there to understand? And New Mexico isn't any different than any other state. What came down near Corona in the summer of 1947 was a high altitude balloon array and a radar target. We will still be here come December22 Princess P.

Hello, Lesley.

I am sure you saw this before, but I am posting this interesting photo here, too.   This was taken by a Dulce resident, D. Vigil, on March 1, 2011 at around 5 p.m. with his cellphone.  Near the football field.

MESSAGES IN THE FIELDS - THE CROP CIRCLES OF 2010

They appear at night, complex designs mysteriously imprinted on fields of almost ripened grain. Nobody knows how they got there, or why. They leave the grain stalks in swirls, virtually undamaged. They exhibit mathematical precision. They demonstrate principles of geometry. They portray ancient religious symbols.

Since the 1980s, some 10,000 crop circles have appeared, seemingly by magic, in England and 25 other countries. Each year the count grows, and the designs get more intricate, even fantastic. Governments tell us they're hoaxes, but the evidence shows that most are not.
