We are a monthly Albuquerque Support Group made up of a coalition of professionals.

Our mission is to provide support for individuals dealing with ADHD and ADD who find themselves in a stressful lifestyle filled with home, work place and health challenges.

The support can be in the form of, but is not limited to, educational presentations, dissemination of resource materials and small discussion groups.

Our philosophy:

  • Learn how to use the brain – not have the brain use you.
  • Seek solutions outside the box!
  • In community, we can mend ourselves and others when we choose to care, share,  laugh, connect, dream, inspire, and thrive.

COME JOIN US: January 5th @ 5:30. All Welcome!
