Greetings Urban Farmers,

There are a few spaces left in my Goat Cheese workshop coming up this Sunday, February 19th, 10am-12pm. $20. 

I'll cover milk and milk handling, rennets, cultures, aging, storing, different styles and methods for making fresh cheeses, and hints for cheeses such as mold-ripened cheeses, feta and mozzarella.
