Comment by tinsree on June 19, 2008 at 10:32pm - i find the best way to discover new wines is to belly up to the bar at the artichoke and say "pour whatever stu" he's a mad boy genius and they always have excellent wines at every price point. he's great at buying for now and the future.

I know there are many of us out there who love and appreciate wines from many regions. Please share your favorites and where you find them in Albuquerque! One of my favorites is the Anthology by Conn Creek. It's available by the glass at Zinc and I have also purchased it at Whole Foods. This complex blend has the most wonderful finish with hints of oak and berry and goes famously with chocolate truffles (also available at Zinc)! Absolutely luscious! Who's next?
