Place to watch fireworks

My wife and I don't really care for crowds nor traffic, but we love fireworks. Anyone have a favorite spot to park the car, set up a couple of lawn chairs and watch one of the local fireworks shows?

Rio Rancho also puts on a good show, if you're on the West side. But I second Balloon Fiesta Park - it's only a dollar or two, there's kids shows and lots of bands to listen to. Bring chairs and sun shade though - there's no trees, but lots of gra...

Yes! Email me? Trauma222@comcast.net Thanks!
It only 7 hours to Chompys Deli in Scottsdale. I found that corned beef freezes well. I also made a mental note when they sliced for me last time..It was National Deli brand and boy was it good.
thanks - this boar's head worshiping must end! i secretly harbor the desire to open a deli some day, but until then, i'm craving the pastrami burrito at oki dog.... time to check the southwest fares.

ABQ. CPA:Citizen's Police Academy (APD)

I am in my third week of the Albuquerque Police Departments' CPA program, the 35th CPA class offered. It is a 12 week course (classes meet twice a week with optional weekend field trips) of fairly amazing adventures offered for free to Albuquerque residents by the Albuquerque Police Department. I am wondering if any of you DCF readers have been a participant?

Familia de Burque

I moved to Burque back in 2004 and quickly fell in love with it. One of the things I love is it's history. The flow of people and cultures through New Mexico over the centuries is truly amazing. I was lucky enough to come across a treasure trove of glass negatives that were taken by an Alb… Continue
