I've used mild dish soap and witch hazel. I think the witch hazel works a little better. Just add some into a tub of water, scrub a little, rinse, and hang to dry. You can also mix in essential oils to make it smell good!
Maya ~ Thank you for your response! Now that my schedule has changed I have been practicing more meditation and breathing in the mornings and asana in the evening. What yogic texts are you referring to?

- Welcome SISTA B! I can't wait to get the classes rolling at The Agency! People are really stoked that you're offering a downtown yoga class in the early mornings, lunchtime, and the evenings. I know that many people have been asking me "why not have Yoga at The Agency?".... now I can say, "well, we now do!" Thanks again for all your hard work. It's going to be awesome.
