Yes, I remember that you have been flying balloons since '98. I have met you a few times. My first ex (and still dear friend), Norm has flown for you several times... and he was very jazzed that you implemented the flight school. I also think it's absolutley wonderful, as not every LTA pilot who is commercially rated has any business teaching! I have always felt that way. So many of them never learned the dynamics of actual teaching. For a long time, too many of them had a drill-sergent mentality in teaching student pilots!! I haven't taught in a while, but I was always mindful of how each student pilot was assemilating the information, and if they were suited for it. Not everyone finished.
So, I applaud your teaching methods!
