Anna Redsand commented on Dee Cohen's blog post ABQ Pics: So Long Langell's
"A memorable event, Dee. Thanks for posting. I frequented Langells too infrequently but always enjoyed myself when I did. And now to know that Georgia O' Keeffe also went (i used to go to the one on Central, as well), makes it extra special.…"

Vista Encantada Detective Series IV

Vista Encantada Detective Series III

The stuff you want to have happen with blogs is happening—readers are getting involved in the detecting. Well, a reader. Dee turned me onto the idea of Googling the past residents of this house—way too simple for me! She even did some research and came up with the birth and death dates for Esther Nylin, who lived longer in my house than anyone else. It’s interesting to think of the people who spent time within these walls—did they quarrel (undoubtedly), make babies, read good books, entertain…See More

"BB, you've made me want to visit the old Sunport. I see it now and then when I go to that post office, but my only real connection with it at age 12 was not a happy one, as you will read. A visit could redeem that experience, so I may well have…"

This morning I called Ed Boles, the City of Albuquerque’s historical officer. He seemed nearly as interested in my project as I am and even wanted to know about my blog.
