Morning Fix--Happy 2010 Peeps!

As I write this is it about 3:15 in the morning and I have not gone to bed yet, but I did celebrate the new year in the company of friends, indulging in champagne at midnight and some fan-friggin-tastic ritualistic shots of brandy with sugar and coffee coated limes (it was pretty fun) and giving the kids sparkling cider and letting them crash wherever they fell. What do you get when you buy a new washing machine? A dead dryer, that's what. Yes, I went to switch loads earlier and thought, "huh, I thought I started the dryer." Turned it on again and came back later to cold, wet clothes. Bummer. Anyone out there know anyone good at fixing things that are large and run on electrical power? I need help!
