Keep sending your resumes out and call production offices to find out who the keys and best boys are- then harass the shit out of them until they hire you. Eventually you'll find a crew that's the best to work for and they'll keep you on for good... but you have to weed out the weak before that. It's an uphill battle but in the end it's so worth it. Dont forget unemployment for the weeks you're not working, too. See you on set!
