"Oh, I forgot the apples! Beginning in late August the Gala apples start coming in and then you wouldn't believe the volume and the varieties. In October go South down Hwy 29 into Nelson County, and about a mile past the turn off to…"
"I moved to Albuquerque last August from rural Nelson County, VA, 30 mi. SW of C'ville. When we went to C'ville (2-3x/week) we said we were going "to town." We had 10 great years in the area - a lot of beautiful…"
I'm not in your district, but I appreciate your comprehensive list of propositions. I don't claim knowledge of all the issues you seek to address, but I support those initiatives I do understand. I especially…"

A southern boy drawn to the high desert to try on a new culture and new traditions and see what fits. A Presbyterian pastor looking for an authentic way of living the Jesus story that reflects more grace than gate-keeping, more intellectual curiosity about the world than fear of being somehow stained by it. A husband and father old enough to know I'm not going to set the world on fire, but still hopeful that there's a live coal in there somewhere still ready to flare up when I least expect it.
