We take our kids to Dr. Allison as well. I will second the fact that he is fantastic. He takes time to talk to the kids and to address any concerns. I've also never had difficulty getting an appointment quickly when the kids are sick. I also have ...

Diane, are you still a fan of Dr. Timothy Grenemeyer? I have had a horrible experience (or 2 or 3) with my current doc and need to make a switch. He is one of those I am considering. Thanks!

I delayed in purchasing tics but got them down in row Q on the east side. It will still be a great concert. I saw "I am trying to break your heart" documentary this weekend for the first time so I'm all prepped now. Now all I have to do is decide where to go for dinner before the concert. Enjoy it.

Hey Dianne. I wanted to thank you again for your online radio recommends. I have really enjoyed them. Did you get your Wilco tickets yet?

Dianne, I do not know one person that even knows who Wilco is. I feel a little sad about it but you made me feel better. I bought tickets to their Santa Fe show a couple of years or more ago at the Lensic - but they canceled - it was right before whats-his-name went into rehab. I'm hoping their concert really happens this time. If so I might have to ask you to meet up.

Politics with a schmear

This morning, still red-eyed and tired from the Obama rally last night, I dragged myself out of bed for the breakfast and CD1 debate at Congregation Albert.

While I've known for a while that I was supporting Barack Obama for President, I hadn't made my mind up about some of th… Continue

Comfort among strangers

I just got home from the Barack Obama rally. I am tired. I am hoarse. I am hopeful.

It was exciting to volunteer for the campaign, walking the line that stretched for blocks, encouraging people to vote early. It was enlightening to talk to people whose friends were denied the… Continue
