i write western fiction...my latest book, silverton gold, takes place in 1890's colorado and focuses on mining life in silverton.  my other books are more traditional westerns featuring a us marshal.  my next book will be different, looking at life in the 1100's ad in the four corners area.  check out my website if you want www.jonhovis.com
