W/ REGARD TO DOG FRIENDLY EATERIES, I'm way out of the loop on that one, but here are the places i know, kelly's brew pub, flying star cafes, marble brewery....sorry i really don't take my dogs out in that way, so i don't know, i think there is a thread on the group page or you can start a thread on the main page, you will get a ton of suggestions, have a good one!!
The ABQ Real Estate market is fairing well in comparison to most of the rest of the country. In some states they had as much as 35-40% increases in property values in 2004-2005. Unfortunately, what comes up, must come down. In ABQ we rose about 12% averaging across the 4 quadrants, with the NE Heights the grestest increase. Less rise + less fall. We are currently down about 10% in median sales price, but our inventory is looking good. What most people don't realize is that in 2007 we had a much greater inventory with over 7200+ single fam res vs. today at about 5900. Just like anything else in the financial markets, Real Estate is cyclicle. Most analysts predict about a 15-17 year cycle. Hope that helps some. My business is dong well!
