- About Me:
- I am a Hispanic man, age 50, divorced for 4 years, after a 25 year marriage. I have two grown daughter's, 23 and 29. I have a 10 year old grandson who's my pride and joy.
I enjoy cycling. I am a commuter myself. Cycling has been a big part of my life. When I was diagnosed in 1989 with FMS and Type 2 Diabetes, my life changed forever. My days of cycling ended for several years. A couple of years ago I began cycling on a stationary bike on a regular basis for an hour every evening. It built up my legs and now I don't have to use a cane anymore -only if I have to walk at the mall a few hours. I am so excited that I can ride outdoors again. I lost 30 pounds. I need to lose 20 more pounds. My Diabetes is under contol. Yeah! If anyone would like to ride with me, they're always welcomed.

- The view of the mountains, historical sites and meeting new friends.
- What I'm Reading:
- The Bible and several Christian arthurs as well. However, I am not religious but spiritual.
