OK, so what i made was a pork steak sandwich, i cut a steak off the shoulder, give a dip in my curry marinade and grill it, served w/ onions and a sweet hot mustard.
My specialty is sausage, i make ~40 different original recipe styles, feel free to call me, 505 688 0445.
