An open letter to Albuquerque

Dear Albuquerque,

Thank you so much for once again reminding me of what you are really made.

I had been feeling rather obliging to you over the weekend. After visiting Las Cruces for the first time in 14 years, I was reminded what a nice place the Burque is in relation to most of Southern NM.

Then I do two stupid things,
A: Leave my 15 year old SUV parked on the street because my driveway is filled with scooters and triumphs.

Hi - sorry I haven't called you - I am concerned about my stand of cane - I am trying to stabilize it right now - too many stalks have turned yellow. I don't think I want to disturb it any more than I need to right now by giving you a nodule or two. Sorry - maybe when it looks more healthy I can give you some.
