We don't usually go there, but I remember them having particularly good vegetarian spring rolls. Just about any Vietnamese place qualifies at cheap eats though- my favorite is Vietnam 2000 (My favorite is whatever one is closest to me:-)

I feel like a broken record because I've said this a couple times now, but if you like Vietnamese, lunch or dinner is only $5-6. The portions can feed me 1-3 times too! The Pho is very good there, as is everything else I've tried.
