- I wrote a column for the Albuquerque Journal for 28 years. I retired in January, 2009. I'm a native of Chicago (South Side), and in 2005, I attended Game Four of the World Series. The White Sox swept the Astros. I've been trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life ever since.
