Where I Live:
Barelas
About Me:
(Mostly) a 'Burqueno native, spent first years in Hawaii and then moved here at 8 yrs old. Grew up in the far South Valley and have also lived in the NE Heights & Downtown. Dig writing, music, arts, and the usual things you can accuse anyone of.

Right now I work at MultiVu/PR Newswire, live in Barelas, play in www.thescrams.com and try to keep from drowning.
Favorite Thing(s) About Albuquerque:
Biking the streets at that time just before sunset, the surprising variety of music at house shows/in garages/galleries
What I'm Reading:
Regular reads include Aldo Leopold, Steinbeck, Hemingway, a bit of classic philosophy, a fair amount of adventure travel stories, John Nichols.

Dear 'Burque,

I remember first arriving in the city back in '91. I wouldn't call it love at first sight. More like we saw each other across… Continue
