The best Pho is at Saigon on San Mateo and Osuna. And you don't get a side of emissions with your order. *lol*

Why not make your own gazpacho!!! Spicy V8 + one cucumber + garlic + blender. Chill. Serve in chilled bowl. Garnish with sliced jalapenos, avacado, green onions, croutons, sour cream, cilantro.

I'm on my way now to Pho #1 (pray god they're open right now) for their allergy-beater special. Which you order by pointing vaguely at the menu and announcing, "I have a cold!" Works every time.

I had a garlic soup at Winnings that was absolutely the penultimate. I've never seen it anywhere else and I've never seen it since there.... maybe you could nudge the owner?
