Has anyone tried Luca, the new restaurant on the corner of 2nd and Copper. I have not investigated closely enough - only noticed on my many drives by there - but it appears that it is on the first floor of a new hotel downtown called Andalucia, is this possible? Can anyone confirm?

Richard's food has been fantastic and fresh every time I've been there, but I do forget about it and they do have limited hours. It's a good place for lunch though and very reasonably priced."
