Hi Krista! First of all, huge thanks for leaving welcome pages on our newbies.

And yes, Adelita's right -- I very much want to open the "Today in Albuquerque" section to everyone as I personally am a big fan of openness and discussion. If I can convince the other moderators, then I'll do so in a week or so.

In the meantime, you're welcome to write a post elsewhere in the forum and we can move it to the "Today in Albuquerque" category.

Right now it's set up for moderators only.  But let me talk to Chantal.  I know in a couple of weeks we'll be opening it up to everyone.  You have a story I can post for you?

Oh my! I must have had a slip- that or staring at a computer all day really, really stuns my ability to communicate.

Yeah, but saying "it sets the tone for the day" is such an old lady thing to say. I am well--two cars actually waited for me to pass in the bike lane before turning right today! They must be from out of town...

Thanks for the kind words Krista. And I just can't get over how much UNM spends on athletics.

It's just good that he's so thin. Might be hard to find that style in larger sizes...
