Losing feathers
We have three chickens: Puffy, a leghorn, Ornitha, Rhode Island Red and Rocky Road, a Bantam Rhode Island Red. The have free range of the whole back yard, and eat lay crumble (16%) as well as kitchen scraps. Puffy is definitely the dominant and oldest chicken, may be 4 years old. The three of them had been laying one or two eggs per day, and we have recently only seen one egg a week. I assume this is because of the change in the weather.
