Masshole, thanks for the Denver restaurant recommendation! My post was pulled b/c I was outside of the scope of DCF--i.e. Denver dish. Lo siento. At any rate, I saw your recs. Muchas gracias :) I will look into Sushi Den today. I'm thinking lunch. I leave out tonight and will try to get all three meals at amazing restaurants before I head home (to my real favorites).

Cheers,
Tiffany

Yes. The info was very helpful... and I totally understand how you feel about keeping it a secret. I was born, raised... and still live in the South Valley... I always found out about the event after the fact... Thank you very much for the info.

We love Bandelier as well and are very grateful to attend there. Reese, my son, is in third grade, with Ms. Erwin. Her teaching style is so different. Instead of reading this hour and math that hour. She incorporates it into everything the students do in a more creative way. Their field trips are once a month to the Bosque, working on a program with UNM's biology department. She's the one who started the outdoor gardens. Definately a teacher who fits the Nob Hill 'hippieness'. Tenley, my daughter, had Ms. Lea last year, and is in Ms. Quinn's this year. Course most of her friends are in Ms. Ortiz's class. They both also attend Children's Choice before and after school, and during the summer. Great staff in there as well. Have a great year and we'll see you at the Halloween carnival!

thanks for the kind words on the religion discussion, i was trying to keep it factual yet not actuarial - unfortunately someone shut it down??? not sure why - i find that to be more offensive than anything said on that thread.

What a find the other night. With our cable package we get MLB games from around the country. I was able to sit back (as if I was at the Coliseum itself) and watch my A's. I also watched part of the Orioles - Sox game from Fenway (and thought of you). Since it is early in the season, I thought I would make you homesick again....in a Yawkey way.
