The election has started. Voting is underway. Thousands of New Mexicans are casting their ballots from the comfort of their own home - and you can too!
I'm writing this post to personally encourage you to vote by mail.
There are a lot of reasons to vote by mail. You can save yourself the headache of getting to the polling place and standing in a line on a busy Tuesday. You can vote from the comfort of your own home at a day and time that's convenient for you.

No dog, unfortunately. The kids will have to enjoy the fish, for now. We're trying not to complicate life too much further and make it easy for the boys to visit me in DC. Imagine all the museums and places they'll be able to visit. What a great place for kids. Our 5 year old has an inquisitive minds - perfect for exploring space and history museums.
I look forward to working with all of you in this new capacity. Duke City Fix readers: you've added very thoughtful feedback to the political discussion and election. Thank you!
Do your kids get a puppy?

And for the record - you are too reasonable, too mainstream, too co-operative and just plain not extreme enough to be an Earth First!er. I should know, I was one long after that great American partiot and hero Dave Foreman left EF! I thought of charging Darren White with the defamation of Earth First!'s character but decided that it had too many risks of backfiring. I'm so glad that it wasn't needed.
Congratulations!
