Redistricting Commission

A proposal introduced by Rep. Carl Trujillo, D-Santa Fe, "would amend the state constitution to create an independent citizen group that would be in charge of redistricting." The proposal is HJR 1.KUNM has a story: http://kunm.org/post/redistricting-could-be-done-citizens#stream/0I think redistricting can be done much better than it is now. QingyuanMama replied to Maurreen Skowran's discussion What is up with dogs in stores?
"I can't say, but it is good business. I know I'd patronize stores that allow my (small, trained) dog in, just like I choose restaurants with outdoor patios when the weather is good. Kind of along these lines (I hope you don't mind my…"

Maurreen Skowran replied to Maurreen Skowran's discussion What is up with dogs in stores?
"I had thought service animals usually wore a vest. I would be OK seeing that. With other dogs, there is no telling how well they are trained. I like dogs. But I don’t like to see them jump on store counters or leave a dump on the floor."

PJH replied to Maurreen Skowran's discussion What is up with dogs in stores?

Kitson Harvey replied to Maurreen Skowran's discussion What is up with dogs in stores?
"My sense is that store employees have become more sensitive to the various levels of service animals we now see, and that rather than asking, they're assuming that you have a valid reason for bringing your dog into the store. I noticed the…"
