That blows. I love Albuquerque but I think this is the only state where you have to ask people when they get in a wreck if the other guy had insurance. Oh well, you probably get a new Mini out of it right?

Ugh, that sucks. I had the pleasure of watching someone hit my car a couple years ago, right after I bought it. It was right after that huge snow storm around christmas 2006- I worked late and came out to the gigantic parking lot that had only four or five other cars in it and see one guy in a pickup truck start sliding around and of course slam right into my car. I'm just kind of standing there mouthing "no" like a mime or something. Sucks. Did he have insurance?
