Hello Michelle, I ran across a discussion you started in Alternative Healing about the program at the Presbyterian Healthplex. Is that only for the cardiac rehab? I have fibromyalgia and am looking for a affordable yoga class that works at the lowest level for stretching. I'm not going into a mixed class with a bunch of experts. I want a class with older, stiffer people like myself just trying to keep moving.

I am the director of the Mindfulness Based Meditation Program for Health, Healing and Stress Reduction at Presbyterian Healthplex. I also own and operate Mariah Yoga & Meditation. I teach both meditation and yoga because I believe both to be incredible tools toward achieving more peace and balance in our lives.
