I managed to snap this off at Coal and Girard. Just when I was getting used to the directional changes on Lead, I see this traffic light. Perhaps it's a test for those who walk and talk on their cell phones? …

Why is San Mateo Blvd. SE blighted? Why have some of the lots remained vacant for so long? And just Why hasn't anybody really developed this strip of land between Zuni Rd. and Gibson Ave.? I don't know.
