"What I would give to see Prince. I remember he came to Albuquerque in 1997. I was 16 and my best friend and I talked about going and then she got in trouble with her parents (for whatever reason)and got grounded. Needless to say, I did not go. I…"

I've been living in Albuquerque for 16 years now and I call it home. I grew up as a military brat so I've done my share of moving around.

My parents met in Japan. My dad was stationed there and my mom was there teaching on the base. They got married in Tokyo. I would love to take a trip to Japan someday. My cousin actually lives in Okinawa now. She's teaching over there too.
Never had the experience of being stationed overseas. My dad was a Lt. Col in the Air Force. Lived in Mississippi, Illinois, Florida and then here. He retired here. Looking at it now, we didn't have to move around that much. How about yourself? I Love Calexico, by the way.
